Polenastics Pole Fitness

Polenastics pole fitness and pole dancing classes are a fun, empowering, all over body work out for ALL.
Thanks to its fantastic body toning and sculpturing benefits, Pole Dancing for Fitness, Pole Fitness or Polenastics has taken off as a more widely accepted fitness & exercise class in recent years and is very rapidly creating a world wide pole fitness frenzy.
Reaching the semi finals in 2010 on Britains Got Talent was Alesia Vazmitsel (2011 World Pole Fitness Champion) with her breathtaking performance, and back in the public eye in 2011 on Sky 1's Got to Dance with Justine McLucas and Bendy Kate who battled it out for a place in the semi finals,> Bendy Kate, a good friend of Polenastics, getting through to perform on live national TV in the first semi final.
All these incredible polers are friends of Polenastics and run workshops with us too.
Utilising many muscle groups, pole dancing for fitness is great for toning; developing firmer arms, more defined shoulders/back and stronger and more defined abs too! With between 2 & 4 students to a pole, we can ensure a great workout.
All Polenastics pole dancing for fitness classes are suitable for anyone 16+.
There are no limits on fitness level or size and we have a wide range of students, both male and female. Student concessions and group class booking discounts are available.
